Community first
Darwin has world class outdoor space and not enough people using it together. Sunup Club exists to get neighbours moving side by side. That's the whole point.

No catch, no upsell ambush
Sessions are genuinely free, forever. Sunup Club is the community program of Top End Swim and Strength. If you ever want individual coaching, you know where we are. If not, keep turning up for free.

Real coaching, not a bootcamp yell fest
Every session is run by a qualified, insured coach. Movements are scaled to your body on the day. First timers, seniors, parents with prams, all welcome.
Timetable
Two sessions a week. Both done before the heat.

Stations, partners, a bit of friendly chaos. Work at your own pace, then breakfast in the city, it is right there.
Wet season plan: if the radar says no, we post the call on Instagram by 5:15 am on Mondays and 6:00 am on Saturdays, and move under cover or cancel. Your safety beats our streak.
Come prepared
What to bring
- Water, at least one litre
- Towel or mat for grass work
- Hat and sunscreen
- Shoes you can move in
- A mate, if you can drag one out of bed
Ground rules
Five rules, then we're sweet
- Tell the coach about injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before we start. Every exercise can be modified.
- Register once before your first session so we have your emergency contact and you've signed the participation waiver. It takes two minutes.
- Work at your pace. Nobody is timed, ranked or shamed. Ever.
- Respect the space. We leave every park cleaner than we found it.
- Look after each other. New face at a session? Say hello. That's the club.

Be there for session one
Founding season runs Saturday mornings on the Esplanade, 4 September to 30 October 2027, then the full timetable lands Saturday 6 May 2028. Join the free launch list and we'll send you the location pins and every weather call, and full registration opens closer to session one. First 50 on the list get a founding member Sunup Club cap.
